Ducati has launched the ultra-exclusive Panigale V4 Lamborghini in India at an ex-showroom price of Rs 1 crore, with all India-bound units already sold out. The first motorcycle has reportedly been delivered in Mumbai, while the model has also been fully booked globally due to its highly limited production.
Built on the Panigale V4 S platform, the motorcycle celebrates Ducati’s collaboration with Lamborghini and draws design inspiration from the Lamborghini Revuelto supercar.
Globally, Ducati will produce only 630 numbered units of the Panigale V4 Lamborghini, alongside an even more exclusive Panigale V4 Lamborghini Speciale Clienti series limited to 63 units for Lamborghini owners. Those buyers can customise their motorcycles to match the colour schemes of their Lamborghini cars.
For India, Ducati is offering the motorcycle in a special Lamborghini-inspired livery featuring exposed carbon fibre along with Verde Scandal, Grigio Telesto, and Grigio Acheso Tricolore accents.
The motorcycle is powered by a 1,103cc V4 Desmosedici Stradale engine producing 216 bhp at 13,500 rpm and 122.1 Nm of torque at 11,250 rpm. Ducati said the increased output comes from a homologated Akrapovic titanium exhaust system with carbon fibre end caps and a dedicated engine calibration.
Weighing 185 kg without fuel, the motorcycle is nearly 2 kg lighter than the standard Panigale V4 S, resulting in a claimed power-to-weight ratio of 1.17 bhp per kg.
Carbon fibre has been extensively used across the bodywork, including the fairing, mudguards, chain guard, heel guard, fork cover, exhaust protection, alternator cover, radiator ducts, and several other components. Ducati said the carbon weave has been aligned carefully to create a herringbone-style design across the motorcycle.
The forged aluminium wheels are specially designed for this edition and are inspired by the wheels of the Lamborghini Revuelto. The tail section, winglets, and seat design have also been revised to reflect Lamborghini styling cues.
The Panigale V4 Lamborghini comes equipped with Ducati Electronic Suspension 3.0 paired with Ohlins NPX-30 pressurised front forks, an Ohlins TTX 36 rear shock absorber, and an Ohlins steering damper, all managed through the Ohlins Smart EC 3.0 system.
Additional premium features include a 17-litre aluminium fuel tank, dry clutch kit, adjustable footrests, adjustable brake and clutch levers, and billet aluminium counterweights. The electronics package includes Ducati Vehicle Observer and Race eCBS systems.
Ducati has also added several collector-focused details, including a billet aluminium triple clamp engraved with the model name and serial number, along with a matching laser-etched ignition key badge. The digital instrument cluster features a dedicated startup animation displaying the motorcycle’s name and production number.
Each motorcycle is delivered with a certificate of authenticity, a dedicated bike cover, a personalised presentation box, and a customised wooden crate with a matching rear stand.
For track-focused customers, Ducati is also providing additional racing-oriented components such as a billet aluminium fuel cap, carbon fibre brake calliper air ducts, a licence plate holder removal kit, and an open carbon fibre clutch cover.
