Swiggy’s premium concierge platform, Crew, has entered the travel segment, introducing AI-supported travel assistance for its paid members and invited travellers. Launched last year following a pilot programme, Crew has expanded its presence to Bengaluru, Mumbai and the National Capital Region of Delhi. The platform initially offered a range of personalised services, including restaurant reservations, customised travel itineraries, birthday party arrangements, gift sourcing, Aadhaar-related document updates and cab bookings. With its entry into travel, Crew is further expanding its concierge services while supporting Swiggy’s broader strategy of diversifying beyond its core food delivery and quick-commerce businesses. The new travel offering is currently available on an exclusive basis to select users, with AI assistance aimed at making travel planning and related services more convenient and personalised.
