Leaked Details Outline Specs, European Pricing, and GPS Upgrades for Upcoming Redmi Watch 6 Active and Lite

Xiaomi sub-brand Redmi is preparing to expand its wearable lineup with the upcoming launches of the Redmi Watch 6 Active and Redmi Watch 6 Lite, as comprehensive specification and European pricing leaks have surfaced online. Positioning itself as the most budget-friendly option, the Redmi Watch 6 Active is expected to retail for €50 (~$54 USD). It reportedly features a 1.85-inch AMOLED screen with a 390×450 resolution, Bluetooth 5.3 connectivity for wrist calling, over 140 sports tracking modes, standard heart rate and SpO2 sensors, and a 470mAh battery. Step-up model Redmi Watch 6 Lite commands a slightly higher €60 (~$65 USD) price tag but justifies the premium by adding multi-system independent GPS for accurate outdoor workout tracking without a paired smartphone, alongside an upgraded 9-axis motion sensor. The Lite variant also steps up to a larger 1.96-inch AMOLED display with a sharper 410×502 resolution while retaining the same 470mAh battery, a built-in speaker for phone calls, and broad iOS/Android compatibility via the Mi Fitness companion app. Designed with sleek metallic frames and single-button control schemes in place of a digital crown, both budget smartwatches look set to deliver competitive entry-level features ahead of an expected European launch.
