Apple has announced the opening of its fifth official retail store in India at the DLF Mall of India, Noida, on December 11, 2025. This marks Apple’s third store launch in the country this year, underscoring its fastest retail expansion phase in India to date.
The new outlet will be Apple’s second store in the National Capital Region (NCR) after the Delhi store opened in April 2023. Ahead of the launch, Apple unveiled a peacock-inspired barricade design, celebrating India’s national bird and symbolizing pride and creativity. Similar cultural themes were used in Apple’s Bengaluru and Pune stores earlier this year.
Apple’s Senior Vice President of Retail and People, Deirdre O’Brien, emphasized the company’s commitment to India, calling 2025 a “milestone year” for Apple retail in the country. She noted that the Noida store will serve as a community hub, offering customers opportunities to explore Apple’s latest products, including the iPhone 17 lineup, and access expert support from specialists, creatives, and business teams.
The expansion comes amid Apple’s record-breaking performance in India, where the company has reported 15 consecutive quarters of revenue growth. Analysts attribute this momentum to rising iPhone demand, increased local manufacturing, and Apple’s strategy of strengthening its offline presence alongside online sales.
The Noida store is expected to attract significant footfall, given its location in one of India’s largest shopping malls. Customers will be able to experience Apple’s signature retail environment, including personalized services, technical support, and creative sessions.
Apple’s retail expansion in India reflects its broader strategy of deepening engagement in one of its fastest-growing markets. With the upcoming Mumbai store in 2026, Apple will further consolidate its presence, aiming to make India a central pillar of its global growth story.
