Why Bangladesh could not bat 20 overs?

Bangladesh’s batting failed again. Lose again to the USA. The Bangladesh team lost the series against the USA after losing the first two T20Is in the space of one day. Bangladesh became the first team to record its 100th loss in T20 cricket with two consecutive losses. Captain Nazmul Hossain pointed the finger at the Bangladesh team’s batting in the middle overs for not being able to win despite stopping the United States for just 144 runs. Bangladesh lost two openers, Soumya Sarkar and Tanjid Hasan, in the power play in the run chase, but Nazmul, Tawhid Hriday, and Shakib Al Hasan played well and were on their way to victory.

But Bangladesh got all out for 138 runs after messing up in the death overs. Nazmul came to the prize distribution stage after the match and said, ‘Very disappointing. We lost wickets in the middle overs. I think we have lost the match at this place. Batting failure is the reason for Bangladesh’s loss in the first match as well. When asked what to do to get out of the cycle of failure, Nazmul said, “It’s not really a matter of skill.” We have to change our mindset. I hope I can show something better than the first two matches in the next match.

The United States series was the World Cup preparation stage for the Bangladesh team. It is difficult to be optimistic that the Bangladesh team will do well in the World Cup after losing that. But Nazmul is trying to stay positive: “To be honest, we didn’t play good cricket. But we have one more match in hand. We have to plan well. I hope I can play good cricket.
