Tata Motors announce the launch of its Customer Care Mahotsav 2024

Tata Motors, India’s largest commercial vehicle manufacturer, has launched the ‘Customer Care Mahotsav 2024,’ a heartfelt initiative aimed at enhancing the after-sales experience for commercial vehicle owners. Running from October 23 to December 24, this unique program will be hosted at over 2,500 authorized service outlets nationwide, offering personalized vehicle check-ups, comprehensive driver training, and a host of value-added services under the Sampoorna Seva 2.0 initiative.

This Mahotsav is more than just a service; it’s a commitment to building relationships with fleet owners and drivers. “The Mahotsav embodies our dedication to customer care and highlights the importance of support throughout the vehicle lifecycle,” said Mr. Girish Wagh, Executive Director of Tata Motors. With thorough vehicle inspections and tailored training, this initiative aims to ensure that every journey is safer and more efficient.

In the unique context of the Andaman and Nicobar Islands, where transportation can be challenging due to geographic constraints, Tata Motors’ initiative holds particular significance.
