Swiggy Unveils ‘Pyng’: AI-Powered Platform to Connect Users with Verified Professionals

Swiggy, India’s leading on-demand convenience platform, has launched Pyng, an AI-powered service designed to connect users with verified professionals across more than 100 specialisations. Pyng marks Swiggy’s entry into the professional services market, offering users a spam-free, reliable way to access experts in fields such as health and wellness, finance, astrology, event planning, and education. The platform aims to simplify the process of finding skilled professionals, addressing the growing demand for trusted services among urban consumers.

At the core of Pyng is Smart AI Assistance, which includes:

AI Search Assistant – Helps users find the most relevant professionals based on their needs.

Personal AI Assistant – Allows users to explore expert services without any booking pressure.

Since launching its seller app earlier this year, Pyng has onboarded over 1,000 professionals, including fitness trainers, tax planners, wedding organisers, and career advisors.

Currently, Pyng is live in Bengaluru, with plans for a nationwide rollout as the platform scales. The app, Pyng Now, is available for download on Android and ios.
