Authorities have issued a weather advisory warning of squally conditions over the Andaman and Nicobar Islands on May 29 and 30. Wind speeds are forecasted to reach 35 to 45 kmph, with gusts up to 55 kmph in isolated areas.
During this period, sea conditions are expected to be moderate to rough, posing risks to small vessels and fishermen. In response, authorities have advised fishermen to refrain from venturing into the sea along the A&N Islands and the adjoining Andaman Sea until May 30 for safety precautions.
