On August 8, a screening camp for children with special needs will be held at Hutbay

An Identification and Assessment Camp will be held as part of the Inclusive Education (IE) initiative on August 8, 2025, starting at 9 am at the Mini Hall of Govt. Model Senior Secondary School (GMSSS) Hutbay. This event will focus on children under the age of 18. The primary objective of this initiative is to facilitate early identification, screening, and support for Children with Special Needs (CwSN), including those who are newly suspected cases.

During the camp, children under 18 will be screened to detect any potential developmental delays or disabilities. The process will include identifying suspected and newly referred CwSN, who will receive the necessary support. Medical and rehabilitation experts will provide on-the-spot guidance and assistance. To register for a new UDID card, the essential documents required are an Aadhaar Card (mandatory for the beneficiary) and two recent passport-sized photographs.

All parents, school leaders, teachers, and community members are encouraged to bring children who show any signs of developmental delays or disabilities for prompt screening and support.
