Mamata accuses the BJP of propaganda in relation to the arrest of suspects in the Bengaluru Cafe blast
Following the arrest of two suspects in the Bengaluru Rameswaram Cafe blast case, chief minister Mamata Banerjee on Friday criticized the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) for propagandizing, claiming the state police apprehended them in two hours. There is a propagandist in the BJP. The explosion happened in Bengaluru. Even those who are being accused are from Karnataka. They are not Bengali natives. At a Cooch Behar election rally, Banerjee stated, “They hid in Bengal for two hours, and our police apprehended them in two hours.” She asked whether Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, Gujarat, and Bihar were safe, citing claims that Bengal was dangerous.
Following the two suspects’ detention by the National Investigation Agency , the BJP launched an attack on the Banerjee government. Mussavir Hussain Shazib, the bomber, and his Kolkata-based accomplice, Abdul Matheen Ahmed Taha, are the two main suspects in the Rameshwaram Cafe explosion that the NIA is holding. Both most likely are members of Shivamogga, Karnataka’s ISIS cell. Sadly, under Mamata Banerjee, West Bengal has turned into a refuge for terrorists,” BJP Bengal co-in-charge Amit Malviya posted on social media. TMC leader Kunal Ghosh remarked that even the NIA acknowledged the West Bengal Police’s role in the suspects’ arrest and commended them for it. Any anti-forces must be met with rigorous measures.

I implore the State agencies to look into this situation in order to determine whether FAMILY has any connections to the act of sheltering anti-forces, as Ghosh stated on social media. Suvendu Adhikari, a BJP politician and the head of the opposition in the state house, has his family’s stronghold in Contai, East Midnapore. Adhikari stated that evidence has repeatedly demonstrated that West Bengal serves as a refuge for foreign terrorists.
