Lakmē Salon, in collaboration with luxury fashion label ITRH by Mohit Rai and Ridhi Bansal, is set to present a captivating bridal couture showcase titled “Noor – The Radiance of the Indian Bride” at Lakmē Fashion Week in partnership with FDCI. Scheduled for Day 3 of the prestigious fashion event, the presentation promises to transform the runway into a grand celebration of Indian wedding traditions.
The collection, “Noor,” is a tribute to the emotional and aesthetic journey of the Indian bride—from her quiet anticipation to her luminous transformation. Through intricate craftsmanship and evocative storytelling, the designers aim to capture the bride’s grace, vulnerability, and strength. Signature elements such as the Sheesh Pushida Jaal will feature prominently, adding depth and heritage to the couture narrative.
Mohit Rai and Ridhi Bansal expressed their excitement about returning to the LFW X FDCI runway, describing it as a platform that consistently fuels their creative evolution. “It always feels like coming home, yet rediscovering something new each time,” they shared, underscoring the significance of the event in their design journey.
Lakmē Salon’s partnership brings its expertise in bridal beauty to the forefront, complementing the couture with radiant makeup and styling that enhances the theme of transformation. The collaboration aims to offer a holistic vision of bridal elegance, merging fashion and beauty in a seamless spectacle.
The showcase is expected to be one of the highlights of the season, celebrating the timeless allure of Indian bridal couture while pushing the boundaries of contemporary design.
