The company plans to utilize the net proceeds to fund a Rs 575 crore solar cell manufacturing facility. Its client portfolio includes SJVN Green Energy, Haldiram Snacks, Ethnic Food Manufacturing, and Samiksha Solarworld.

These IPOs reflect strong investor interest in infrastructure, renewable energy, and industrial solutions, and are part of a broader surge in primary market activity during the final quarter of 2025.
