In response to Narendra Modi’s “mangalsutra” insult, Priyanka Gandhi says: Nutcrackery from Uncle at weddings

On Saturday, Priyanka Gandhi, a senior Congresswoman, compared Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s unrelenting criticism of wealth redistribution to an uncle who talks rubbish in a corner during weddings. At an election rally in Valsad, Gujarat, Priyanka Gandhi declared, “One day, if such a ‘Uncle Ji’ starts saying that be careful, if the Congress comes to power, it will steal your jewellery and mangalsutra and give it to someone else.” After hearing this, you would probably chuckle, so what would you do? stated Gandhi. She said, “Today, the nation’s prime minister is speaking to you in such a ridiculous manner because he believes that, considering the significance of the position he occupies, people will take him seriously.”

Prime Minister Narendra Modi has changed his assault strategy in recent days, moving from dynasty politics and corruption to the Congress’s purported wealth redistribution and inheritance tax proposal. During his election rallies, Prime Minister Modi has been asserting that the Congress party will pilfer gold ornaments, such as women’s “mangalsutras,” and distribute them elsewhere. He is now alerting people to the fact that Congress will use an X-ray machine to examine their homes, seize whatever ornaments they may have and any “mangalsutra” that may be hidden in safes, and give it away to others. Is that even feasible? In response, Priyanka Gandhi asked, Is he acting nervously?

She also called Modi a “mehengai” man for his stance on inflation. Leaders and contenders in the BJP are claiming to alter the Constitution. However, Prime Minister Narendra Modi disputes this. At a public rally in favor of Anant Patel, the Congress candidate running for the ST-reserved Valsad Lok Sabha seat, in the tribal-dominated Valsad district’s Dharampur hamlet, she stated, “This is their tactic.”Rahul Gandhi, the leader of the Congress, attacked Modi on Friday on his statements, claiming he is afraid and would even cry on stage. The speeches of the prime minister are familiar to you. He feels afraid. He might cry on stage, it’s possible,” Gandhi remarked.
