In Durgapur, Mamata Banerjee trips and falls while boarding a chopper, suffering injuries
Mamata Banerjee, the chief minister of West Bengal, slipped and collapsed on Saturday in Durgapur while settling into her seat following her helicopter ride. According to social media, the chief minister was assisted by her security staff after sustaining a slight injury. She proceeded to Asansol to give a speech at an electoral rally. In the previous six weeks, Mamata Banerjee had been injured twice. The 69-year-old Trinamool Congress leader broke gravely in her forehead and nose on March 14 when she fell inside her Kalighat home in Kolkata.
She needed to spend a few hours in the hospital.TMC leader Banerjee had a cerebral concussion and a deep cut on her forehead and nose that was bleeding heavily, according to information provided by her brother, Kartik Banerjee, to a Bengali television outlet. At first, Manimoy Bandyopadhyay, the hospital director, claimed that Banerjee had fallen near her house as a result of being pushed from behind.
Widespread uncertainty and conjecture over the reason behind Mamata Banerjee’s downfall were caused by this remark. Later on, Bandyopadhyay made it clear that he was simply implying that the CM might have experienced a push. This pushing feeling from behind is what caused the fall. We have fulfilled our duty to treat. Bandyopadhyay stated that there was a misunderstanding of what he had spoken the previous evening.
