Global sales increase 2.8 times to Rs 8,670 crore in FY25

New Delhi, Feb 11: Real estate company Signature Global’s sales jumped 2.8 times to a record Rs 8,670 crore in the first nine months of this fiscal on the back of strong housing demand.
In the latest investor report, Signature Global projected pre-sales or sales contemplated at Rs 8,670 crore for the April-December period of FY2024-25, up from Rs 3,120 crore in the year-ago period, registering a 178 per cent annual growth.
Signature Global has set a sales target of Rs 10,000 crore for the full fiscal 2024-25, up from Rs 7,270 crore in the previous fiscal.
Signature Global has set a target of Rs 13,500 crore in the first nine months of this fiscal, while targeting Rs 16,000 crore for the entire 2024-25.
Company Supervisor Pradeep Kumar Agarwal said that the first nine months of FY25 have been a strong performance, including strong revenue growth and rate achievement, adding to the success of its key year and last year.
He said, “Significant pre-sales of Rs 8,670 crore due to successful launches across various segments, strong market partnership of our products and business commitment to quality housing in Delhi promotion.”
Aggarwal said that the continued improvement in financial stocks, including strong collections and significant loan losses, reflects the company’s commitment to maintain executive excellence while driving growth.
“Our locations in high-potential micro-markets along Dwarka Expressway, Sona Plaza and Southern Peripheral Road, ongoing merchant growth opportunities, place us well-positioned to take advantage of emerging market opportunities,” he said.
Aggarwal said the company has ensured value addition to all stakeholders and has maintained this growth momentum. On Monday, Signature Global reported a multifold jump in its consolidated net profit to Rs 29.13 crore for the quarter ended December. Its net profit stood at Rs 2.17 crore in the year-ago period.
Total year-on-year nearly tripled to Rs 862.14 crore in the third quarter of the financial year 2024-25 from Rs 301.75 crore in the same period last year, according to a standard filing. Signature Global is one of the country’s leading real estate drawdowns.
The company has delivered a total of 13.5 million sq ft of residential space and has a strong pipeline of 21.6 million sq ft of saleable area in the coming time, along with a robust pipeline of 46.38 million sq ft of residential area with completion target in the next 2-3 years.
