The iconic actor seemed to be on the path to recovery after being released from the hospital, according to filmmaker Anil Sharma, a close family friend and longstanding collaborator of the Deols, who has revealed out about Dharmendra’s final days. Anil revealed that Dharmendra was receptive and gave everyone optimism when he paid him a visit at home. “I went to his home. Anil told Vickey Lalwani. He was well again. He would even move his hands and open his eyes. The doctors said that Dharamji bahut strong aadmi hai, and he was recuperating.”
