Elephant attack house in Alipurduar; Elderly couple narrowly escapes injury

Alipurduar, June 29: Elephants attacked a house in Bania Line area of Dalsingpara late on Friday night, causing huge damage. The incident occurred around 1:30 am when a wild elephant targeted several houses in the vicinity.

Man Bahadur Lama and his wife, residents of the area, managed to escape from their house in time and escaped injury. The elephant completely destroyed his house. The attack lasted from late Friday night to Saturday morning, creating a tense situation for the local community.
