Despite the product being labelled vegetarian Divya Dant Manjan contains a non-vegetarian ingredient
Recently a petition in Delhi High Court has accused Patanjali of misbranding, claiming that it’s Divya Dant Manjan contains a non-vegetarian ingredient despite the product being labelled vegetarian with a green dot on its packaging. Actually the herbal tooth powder has Samudraphena, obtained from cuttlefish, said the plea. In fact the court has issued notices to Patanjali, yoga guru Ramdev, the Centre and FSSAI. This is very important news and we should take it seriously
Actually Patanjali is a big brand and people all over India have huge trust from them. In fact many vegetarian people believe them and use their products. If you see for them it is very bad news and it breaks their trust from them. Actually people don’t know why a non-vegetarian ingredient was found in the product but it is very important for Patanjali brand to correct it. In reality it is good that people are very strict about this thing and all big brands should take care of this to sell good products.
