When Pranit More referred to Baseer Ali as a “cheap foreigner” (sasta angrez) during the verbal sparring, the Splitsvilla 10 contestant retaliated by calling the comic a “uglier version” of a star (whose identity was kept a secret). However, Pranit More remained composed and said to Baseer Ali, “Theek hai, ugly hu par dil ka achha hu.” (All right, I may be ugly, but I’m a wonderful person.) Baseer Ali clarified, “Uglier version bola,” to support his claim. Ugly, nahi hai. Hey, tu bohot khoobsurat hai. I referred to you as an ugly version. Not unsightly. You’re really gorgeous. The world’s most attractive man. After Pranit More confronted singer-composer Amaal Mallik for allegedly whispering behind his back, tensions inside the Bigg Boss House escalated even more. Baseer Ali intervened as their argument grew more heated and urged Amaal to avoid becoming agitated. “You have done 400 to 500 shows and still nobody knows you,” Baseer Ali mocked Pranit More. “Even nobody knows you,” the comedian yelled at the actor.
The intense altercation between Baseer Ali and Pranit More caught the attention of Nikki Tamboli, a former Bigg Boss competitor. On her Instagram Stories, she posted a video of the argument, denouncing the offensive conversation and offering Pranit her support. “What a shame to watch such comments,” she wrote.
