ANTCC President demands that non-functional dialysis machines be replaced at CHC Rangat

Mr. Rangalal Halder, President of the Andaman Nicobar Territorial Congress Committee (ANTCC), has called on the Directorate of Health Services to act quickly to resolve the urgent situation at the Community Health Centre (CHC), Rangat, where all five dialysis machines have stopped working. Mr. Halder emphasized the serious consequences for individuals with chronic kidney illness in a letter to the Directorate, pointing out that the machines’ failure has put them in potentially fatal situations.

In order to lessen the pain of people who depend on the service, the ANTCC President urged that the equipment be replaced immediately, that interim solutions be put in place, and that patient safety be given top priority at the institution.
